The platform is being developed from real-world experience delivering CAD and BIM services at scale, including work for major homebuilders.

FairSettle is being designed to help people structure disputes, evidence, correspondence, timelines and proposed resolutions before problems become unnecessarily expensive or adversarial. The aim is to use software and AI to make complex disputes easier to understand, document and resolve.

Serlex was founded by Darren Fenton, an entrepreneur who has spent more than 20 years building and operating businesses across technology, construction, recruitment, ecommerce, hospitality and other sectors.
